Bueno amigos, como estoy recibiendo demasiados reclamos de miembros que quieren recuperar sus puntos porque algunos links estaban rotos, publico este Sticky para explicar c?mo reportar un post con link roto.

Cuando un miembro ve un post que tiene el link ca?do, s?lo tiene que hacer click en el bot?n “Report” eligiendo la opci?n “Link is Broken”. Tengan presente que esta opci?n solo est? disponible cuando el miembro ve el enlace, es decir, cuando usa 1 punto para poder verlo. En la secci?n de vista previa, no existe este bot?n. Por eso es recomendable copiar el link y pegarlo en el navegador antes de abandonar la pagina del post, para poder reportarlo. Si cierra o abandona el post sin comprobar si el link esta funcionando, perder? la oportunidad de reportar el post.

S?lo se devuelve el punto si es reportado de esta manera. No pierdan el tiempo envi?ndome el post o el link a mi e-mail o por PM, porque no se devolver? el punto. S?lo se devuelve si es reportado con el bot?n “Report”.

Esto que parece caprichoso, no lo es. El sistema est? dise?ado para que cuando alguien reporta un enlace y yo compruebe que est? roto, el punto es devuelto autom?ticamente al miembro que report?, cuando yo borre el post. Por eso es necesario reportar con el bot?n “Report”

De lo contrario, cuando alguien me envia solo en enlace, yo tendr?a que buscar el post que contiene ese link, comprobar que est? roto, borrarlo, luego buscar el perfil del miembro y devolverle manualmente el punto. Como ven, este proceso es largo complicado, engorroso y me lleva tiempo. Si s?lo se trata de 1 o 2 links, podr?a hacerse… pero hay dias que recibo 10, 15, 20 reportes, y me llevar?a mucho tiempo hacer este proceso de forma manual.

Por eso, les pido a todos: NO ME RECLAMEN SUS PUNTOS POR E-MAIL NI POR PM.

Si quieren recuperar los puntos TIENEN que reportar los links rotos con el bot?n “Report”.

Por ?ltimo: S?lo la opci?n “Link is Broken” es la que devuelven en punto. Las dem?s opciones NO devuelven puntos. Asi que traten de prestar atenci?n y no usar otra opci?n si quieren recuperar el punto.

Aqu? les dejo una imagen indicando donde encontrar el tan “escurridizo” bot?n “Report”.
